纪录片的难度比起剧情片简单，但还是因你自己的想法而异。从你尚在问视频编辑软件，应该可以确定你还没有接触过电视电影制作，所以暂且可以拍简单的，20分钟的长度对你来说估计有点难。5分钟左右是可以的。

至于编辑软件，你可以试试用会声会影，推荐用EDIUS。

开头结尾的动画叫做“片头”、“片尾”，一般用AE的模板做。我试过用手机看电影10分钟，用了5.1m

动画应该差不多！要10m左右吧！！！
